Title: Loved everything!
Review: We rented JV's Heaven for our 5th wedding anniversary. Booking with Mountain Rentals was easy and affordable. Check in was a breeze and our cabin was super neat & tidy. We enjoyed spending time in the cabin and exploring Gatlinburg as we were so close to town. We only ad one minor issue with a button on the hot tub, we called the office & the issue was immediately addressed. Andrew was at the cabin within 15 minutes of making the call. He was super nice, fixed our concern, and even recommended a place for dinner that night! Check out was a breeze as well and we were totally satisfied with our stay. We are thankful for the excellent reputation and service Mountain Rentals provides. You have our business for good!
