Review: We loved this little cabin. When we arrived at the cabin it was decorated for Christmas and the Christmas lights had been turned on. The fireplace was really nice and the cabin had such a cozy feel. I had my mother with us as well and the the only thing we could have used was maybe an extra bathroom but we knew it was a one bathroom up front. The hot tub was nice and clean and so was the cabin. The king size bed was so comfortable! The only negative I can think of was the chain on the door was broken although the door automatically locked on its own, as an added protection an additional lock would have been nice. Overall we loved the cabin and the staff was helpful and we didn't even have to check in at the office, we were emailed directions and key code and went right to the cabin and entered the code and didn't have to worry about finding the office to check in first. They gave us a number to call to let them know we had arrived at the cabin and also to call once we left. We enjoyed our stay and found the cabin to be very cozy and inviting. Was a pleasant stay in Gatlinburgh! Would rent from Mountain Rentals again. Excellent customer friendly service.
