Review: Stayed here 3 nights and loved it! High enough up in the hills for an awesome view, but not too far from Gatlinburg. Very secluded. Great view of Smokies. Cable TV and Wi-fi worked well. Photo gallery on website very accurate. Auto check-in and check-out. Never saw or talked to anyone from rental agency. A few small things could be improved. Cover on hot tub torn in places. Water temp could be turned up a little. Knob on toaster broke. Overall a wonderful place.
