Review: Cabin was by far perfect, the view was spectacular. We stayed in Black Eyed Susan last year and found it awesome, but when we arrived at Valley View #2, we were blown away. First night washer leaked on the floor, called repair number provided and a repairman was there first thing the next morning and fixed within 5 minutes, he was extremely polite. Absolutely nothing negative can be said about our stay in the Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg, we will definitely be back and have told all our friends how great it was. Staff whether on phone or in person are by far all professionals. Thank you for providing us with such a well kept cabin.
