Title: Sweet Surrender was a weekend to remember
Review: Although my wife and I have been to Gatlinburg many times in previous years, we had not been in almost 10 years and were anxious to get back and see what if any changes had occurred. We didn't really know what was available anymore since it had been so long that we had researched cabins and hotels in the area so we, like anyone Googled. We research quite a bit and took our time and were really impressed with the website and how it worked and it made our research a lot easier. We quickly narrowed our search to 3 or 4 cabins and would have been pleased with any of them but we realized upon arriving that we had made the perfect decision. First of all, directions and access were really easy and when we pulled up, we realized how incredible our view was going to be. When we walked in, it was a "wow" moment! The cabin was immaculately clean, the Christmas tree was up with the lights on, fireplace was on, TV on Gatlinburg channel, room temp perfect.....it was really like a welcome home. When we walked out on the deck our jaws dropped with the view and the hot tub was ready too! Everything in the cabin was great, furniture comfortable, bed was better than I expected, fully equipped kitchen....it was all great! The keyless code lock on the front door was a great idea and worked great for us. If I was going to be picky, I would replace the shower heads with something a little better with not much cost, they didn't produce adequate spray and it took all the hot water to get the Jacuzzi going....a larger water heater would be much better. We didn't want to leave and are already making our return plans. Thanks for an absolutely wonderful weekend get away! Frank and Chris Stanley
