Rental unit: Valley View #2 (04114)
Title: Valley View #2 is awesome
Review: We had twice rented a one-bedroom cabin from MRG, but we planned to bring our granddaughter on this trip. After looking online at several two-bedroom recommendations from MRG, we chose Valley View #2, and are very happy with our choice. The view of Mt. LeConte and the Smokies from both the upper deck and the hot tub is unparalleled, the private drive enhances the remote feeling of the location, and the covered carport/entryway makes getting in and out in rain or hot sun very easy. With the bedrooms on separate floors, our granddaughter could get up earlier than we did and blow bubbles or read on the deck while waiting for us to wake up, and we could use the hot tub on the lower level after she went to bed upstairs. The cabin was very clean and neat. The only negatives were low water pressure, mostly in the downstairs sink, and needing to push the reset button on the hot tub before we used it each time (it never cut off while we were using it). We were so impressed with the cabin and especially the location that we may rent it for just the two of us next time. Thanks so much to Mountain Rentals for the recommendation!
