Review: Our cabin was nice, clean, and had lots to do for our family. There was a nice hot tub, pool table, chess/checker set, tv's everywhere, and movies for all of us. It really felt like a home. There is a view of a mountain, but don't expect to feel like you are overlooking the mountainside. It is a small view. You will not be overlooking the city - it is more of a quiet, relaxing place to stay. We did see a bear on the road one day - very cool, but watch your young children and dogs. The only thing I was disappointed with had nothing to do with the cabin. We had bought Dixie Stampede tickets through Mountain Chalet and I was told exactly where the tickets would be - and I was excited to have those tickets. We didn't get those seats. I suppose all seats are good there, but when you are expecting certain seats, getting seats in the back row can be disappointing. Not sure what happened. If we brought our dog again, we would most likely stay there. It was a fabulous place to stay for our family of five and my parents.
