Rental unit: The Pine Knott (06111)
Title: Peace and quiet
Review: The Pine Knott is the place to go if you want peace and quiet. The map included with all the documents from Mountain Rentals were very good. The only thing is you have to be careful. Once you leave the main roads you will find your self on a narrow twisty turning road with just enough room for one car in many places. Once at the cabin you will notice silence. That is what I enjoyed the most. There are only a couple of negatives. The kitchen/living room are not very well lit. Not bad all in all but could be better lighting. The other was no lights on the deck around the hot tub. The light from the bedroom worked at night. Oh and before I forget, take some mosquito coils. Otherwise, my wife and I enojoyed are stay. The quiet allowed us sto decompress from our otherwise hectic life.
