Management response: I do apologize for the cabin not being ready at 3pm. Sometimes on weekends and heavy check-in days it does take our cleaners a bit longer to get the homes ready. Thank you for the kind compliments regarding our staff and we are so glad to hear your children had a wonderful time & good memories to take home!
Review: Enjoyed our trip. Could have avoided some of the initial stresses had our cabin already been cleaned when we got there, but it was taken care of shortly after our arrival, and the staff at main office was very courteous and understanding about my discouragement. The boys took the master br with jacuzzi tub, and they felt like kings of the hill..
