Title: Awesome Labor Day Weekend Getaway at Turtle Dove
Review: My family (husband, teenage daughter, and I) just stayed at Turtle Dove chalet for 2 nights over Labor Day weekend. While the massive crowds and horrific traffic in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were stressful and overwhelming, the chalet was great to come back to, and rest in, at night. We enjoyed soaking our tired achy feet in the hot tub, and we also enjoyed the big flat screen TV and pool table for some fun before bed. The area is very quiet, with a nice wooded view. The only negative thing I can say is there was some trash strewn around in the back of the chalet, which looked like an animal had gotten in to the trash cans...but completely understandable. The staff at the rental office was very friendly. We even used the pizza delivery place from the card left in the kitchen - it was great not having to leave the mountain for dinner - and the driver and staff from there were great too! We will definitely consider Turtle Dove again in the future! Absolutely great quality for the money!
