Review: My wife and I rented the Kickback Kottage so that our family could enjoy a short trip to Gatlinburg. The location was amazing with an awesome view of the Great Smoky Mountains from most areas of the home. It was also very close and easy to get to downtown Gatlinburg but away from it enough that at night you didn't hear any of the noise associated with a touristy area. We had one service call for maintenance while at the home, but the gentleman that helped us was extremely pleasant and the small issue was fixed immediately. All of the office staff we encountered at the Mountain Rentals Office made us feel very comfortable. We loved all of the features that the Kickback Kottage had to offer and would love to stay there again.
