Review: Check-in was great - went straight to the cabin when we arrived. Cabin was very clean. We could not find the remote to the electric heater, so we called the office and while we were out, Andrew from maintenance had come by with a remote and he also had blown all the wet leaves off our drive-way (drive is on a slight incline and can be a little slippery with the wet leaves) so we were very appreciative of that - thanks Andrew!! Cabin is actually close to town but back far enough from main road that it is actually very quiet. We love staying at this cabin and the staff at Mountain Rentals are always helpful and accommodating - that is why we use them every time we come to Gatlinburg. We had an amazing stay and were so relieved that all the parks had been re-opened. Can't wait till our next trip!!
