I assure you this is not the typical service received by our guests and the front desk did place a call to pest control immediately. Review: Desk person was indifferent to problem when I discussed face to face. Technician came promptly and was very helpful. Company should pay attention to repeat visitors. We stopped using Alpine because of indifference. We were there over a dozen times.
